A good honey lager does the trick
My favorite bike is my TUES - it's an absolute BEAST! Since I'm not racing, I ride a size medium for a little better air control. I like to run 4 volume spacers in my forks with about 130 psi. If I'm running an air shock, I run 190 psi with a few clicks of compression and a medium level of rebound. When running a coil shock, I run a 400 lb spring and compression open, with again medium rebound. I like the first couple of inches of my travel to be soft and supple in the chatter, while ramping up faster under heavy compression. This helps with high speed jumps and harsh impacts. I also like the fork to be slightly stiffer than the rear so I can sit off the back end a little more.
