Payment Methods


Please select “Payment in Advance” during the “Payment Method” step and conclude your order.
You will receive our bank details and the order number on our sales confirmation e-mail.
Please transfer the entire amount to the specified account upon receipt of the sales confirmation specifying the order number.
You are responsible for paying any transfer costs and bank charges.
We will send your order as soon we have received payment in our account – provided the articles are available for shipment.
Processing fee:
for Swiss customers plus €4.50 excluding VAT
for Israeli customers plus €19.90 excluding VAT


In the Payment method order step, select "Credit card".
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
You enter your card details in the check-out. Our website has state-of-the-art security server software with SSL encryption that protects your card data against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission. The system checks whether the credit card participates in the 3-D security programs "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard SecureCode". These security procedures have been developed specifically for these types of cards and check whether the legitimate cardholder and the legitimate online merchant actually participate in a transaction. If a credit card holder is registered with the 3-D Secure process using one of the registration methods, an additional query mask opens after entering the card data, which is linked to your bank and there, in addition, by entering the "Secure Code" (a password of your choice ) asks. The transaction is only carried out with the correct password. If your credit card is not registered for any of these procedures, payment will be made without further authentication.


You can select PayPal as another payment method. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal during the ordering process.
With payment via Paypal we combine an accelerated release for the production and delivery of your order.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. After the payment confirmation you will be automatically redirected to our website.

delivery time
You can look up the expected availability of the bike, directly on the products page. This planned shipping date can be found also in the order confirmation of your order. You will receive a notification via E-Mail that includes the tracking information, as soon as we sent your bike. The shipment status can be checked usually two hours after the shipping label was created.
DELIVERY
Bike deliveries within Germany usually take between 3-5 business days.
Our bikes are shipped exclusively in our specifically developed YT BikeBox (dimensions: 132cm x 82cm x 32 cm, weight 7kg).
Our bikes are 95% assembled but are 100% set up for you. All you have to do is adjust the handlebars and derailleurs, put the wheels and pedals on, set-up your suspension according to your needs, and off you go! It's that easy!

Delivery costs within Germany are 29,90 € and 19,90 € for the YT BikeBox. The delivery cost for small parts is 6,90 €. Delivery costs within the EU are 59,90 €, as well as 19,90 € for the YT BikeBox. Shipping costs for small parts within the EU are 9,90 €. Frame box cost is 9,90 €.
As soon as your shipment has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive the tracking number by email so that you can track your package accordingly.

For logistics and safety reasons, this is unfortunately not possible.
We calculate the estimated ship date starting with the latest information we have from our suppliers and assembly factory. Given the high degree of uncertainty in the bicycle industry supply chain at the moment, we recognize that our ship dates will not be as precise as we would like – the majority of bikes will in fact ship earlier than our estimate, but in some cases, the promise date could be missed due to unanticipated delays in component delivery. We pro-actively inform pre-order customers via e-mail with any changes to the estimated ship date as we receive new information.
