Your mission
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and passionate attitude for YT products
- Embrace and utilize the YT brand, service, and product training to solve customers’ needs by connecting them with the right YT product
- Provide expert level guidance for all YT products including suspension set up, suspension details, and all bike componentry
- Provide critical customer service and troubleshooting guidance
- Develop dynamic solutions to solve service-related issues
- Learn and understand market segments, industry trends, strategy, and appropriate products
- Proficiently Operate Showroom point-of-sale system
- Facilitate positive, proactive communication amongst all internal departments
What you'll bring
You have experience in a retail environment that specializes in bicycle sales and maintenance. You must have strong verbal communication skills to effectively walk customers through the purchase journey. You have a working knowledge of basic bicycle repair and maintenance.
- 2+ years’ experience in a retail environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work without direct supervision
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency and well under pressure
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required
- Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Team player with a passion for mountain biking
- Attention to detail, good decision-making skills
