Although headset cable routing offers a sleek aesthetic, we opted not to include it as an option on the new JEFFSY. Among the drawbacks, the tight bends can compromise hose performance, while serviceability takes a hit compared to our existing routing system.
The innovative HEX6 tool ensures effortless wheel removal and stows away securely within the axle, even when riding. You can remove this tool if it isn't required.
The frame provides clearance for up to a 29" x 2.4" (62mm) tire.

For sure, some lightweight wind jackets will fit snugly in the downtube. Using the provided neoprene bags, you can keep all your items secure and ready for action without losing anything within the downtube.
The YT STASH storage lid features a durable, water-resistant, double-sealed design to prevent water ingress. The frame bags utilize an ultra-quiet neoprene material as part of our Noise Cancelling Program (NCP), eliminating unwanted noise. This design is water-resistant and features a secure zipper closure to keep your items safe and secure.
All YT STASH-equipped bikes include two neoprene storage bags. These are also available for purchase on the webshop.
The YT STASH bags are designed to effortlessly carry gear like tools, tire plugs, patches, energy bars, or whatever you deem essential! The smoother they fit into the frame, the easier they'll be to remove – especially when dealing with larger or complex-shaped items. So, before you hit the trail, ensure your bags slide in seamlessly for easy access when needed. A tool and pump that fit the storage bags are available on our webshop.
Every JEFFSY includes our Thirstmaster 6000 bottle and cage – an innovative 620ml hydration solution that seamlessly integrates with the frame for perfect fit. While many other conventional bottle and cage options will fit, the Thirstmaster 6000 sits lower in the frame, offering optimal clearance.
Ultimately, the choice between a 29” and mullet setup depends on ride style, terrain, and personal preference. With mid-travel trail bikes, riders prioritize rolling and climbing efficiency, stability, and straight-line speed, making a full 29er setup an excellent choice for the JEFFSY.
The JEFFSY MK3 geometry has been developed around a 150mm fork. This travel offers a balanced ride and optimal pedaling and climbing characteristics. However, riders prioritizing descending can equip a 160mm fork for enhanced big-hit performance.
For our first bike with downtube storage, we started with the carbon fiber JEFFSY. Carbon fiber is easier to work with than aluminum tubing, making it a better choice for this complex feature.
Every model in the range features a lockout for the rear suspension. Additionally, internal routing is available for a handlebar-mounted lockout system if desired.
Absolutely. Subtle changes to the leverage curve enhance end-stroke progression, meaning JEFFSY works well with coil shocks.
Designed for versatility, JEFFSY is a balanced trail bike built to crush it across a variety of trails. Its mid-travel, 150/145mm design offers enough travel to handle technical terrain without sacrificing pedaling efficiency on less demanding trails. The geometry ensures stability, control, and mile after mile of comfort, while the suspension kinematic excels both up and downhill.
In short, JEFFSY is the ultimate all-rounder, perfect for riders seeking a do-it-all bike for all-purpose trail riding.
IZZO:
- Designed for lightweight and efficient trail riding
- Shorter suspension travel (around 130mm to 140mm) suitable for smoother trails and climbing
- Geometry optimized for climbing and agility on less technical trails
JEFFSY:
- Designed for lightweight and efficient trail riding
- Shorter suspension travel (around 130mm to 140mm) suitable for smoother trails and climbing
- Geometry optimized for climbing and agility on less technical trails
JEFFSY:
- Versatile 150/145mm trail bike with more travel than IZZO
- Balanced performance for climbing and descending
- Well-rounded geometry for confident descending and efficient pedaling
CAPRA:
- Aggressive long-travel (170mm) enduro bike
- Designed for challenging and technical terrain
- Slacker geometry for stability at high speeds and enhanced descending performance
These differences highlight the IZZO's emphasis on lightweight efficiency, the JEFFSY's all-around, trail-slaying versatility, and the CAPRA's focus on aggressive descents and technical terrain.
We advise against this. By installing a 27.5" rear wheel, the center of the axle will be 18mm lower. In turn, the bottom bracket (BB) height would drop by 12mm, compromising pedal clearance and potentially becoming a hazard. Even with the flip chip in the high position, the BB would remain 4mm lower than its original low position.
