1) Select your preferred shipping method during checkout, as either: 
  • Boxed - Collect from the UK Mill – Guildford.
  • Built - Collect from the UK Mill – Guildford.
2) You will receive your order confirmation and updates as normal, and the bike will be shipped to the UK Mill. Once received, we will contact you to organise the build and/or collection of the bike.
3) If built, £90 is paid on collection of the bike.

All bikes are assembled and stored in Germany. Bikes are then shipped to the UK once your order has been received.
Sure! We keep stock of most accessories, spare parts, and apparel in the UK Mill, so you’ll be able to purchase these on collection.
Bikes are assembled and packaged in Germany. Your order is then shipped to the UK, and if our “build” service is chosen, we will organise the build of your bike. This includes: - Full build and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) by our certified mechanics. - Swapping of brakes to UK set up (If required), and the shortening of hydraulic hoses to suit. - Wheels setup tubeless using high quality Peaty’s sealant and valves. - Installation of customers equipment (within reason). - Suspension set for rider’s weight. - Demonstration of software (SRAM AXS, ETUBE Project, Trailhead etc.)
GCI Unfortunately, it is not possible to Click & Collect GCI orders as the order must be delivered to the owner’s home address. Once delivered, customers may contact the Mill to organize dropping off their bike for a Pro Build. Cyclescheme Yes, you can Click & Collect a Cyclescheme order from the YT MILL Surrey Hills. If you would like to take advantage of the Pro Build option this cannot be included as part of the voucher amount.

Unfortunately, not. When collecting your bike from the Mill, we recommend taking the box with you in case you need to send the bike to us in the future.
