Here's how you can confirm your identity: 

- In-person: By Postident procedure at your nearest Deutsche Post branch 
- Online: Choose from Video Ident (video call) or Account-Ident (online banking verification with a copy of your ID and a personal photo ID) using your PC, tablet, or smartphone

Once verified, you can electronically sign the contract or sign a printed copy and return it by post. By law, all banks must verify the identity of all new customers before approving a loan also to protect your security.
You can complete your financing online in minutes. 


1. Select "Consors Finanz" as your payment method during checkout – you will then be redirected to the Consors Finanz website 
2. Fill out the online financing application with all the required data 
3. After preliminary approval, select the option "Finalize online now" 
4. Complete the online legitimization via Video Ident (video call with an employee) or the Account Ident procedure (online banking verification with a copy of your ID and a personal photo ID) 
5. Sign the digital contract signature via mTAN by SMS, either in your browser or via the app
6. Once your financing is confirmed, your goods will be shipped

3. After preliminary approval, select the option to print your contract and take it to your local Post Office

4. To identify yourself at a Post Office:
- Print out the application and read through the documents
- Complete the contract by signing where indicated and enclose the paperwork as requested by the bank
- Place the documents and your Postident form in an envelope and take it to your nearest Post Office
- A Post Office employee will verify your identity using your valid ID or passport

5. Once your financing is confirmed, your goods will be shipped

Please be aware that there may be a delay in receiving the contract by post!
Yes. You have the right to revoke the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, you are then no longer bound by the credit agreement. You can also revoke the credit agreement directly, but this also cancels the purchase agreement.
