Tracking information is emailed once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please allow
up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update.
Our bikes are shipped exclusively in our specifically developed YT BikeBox (dimensions: 132cm x 82cm x 32 cm, weight 7kg).
The YT Bike Box is always part of the order.
In-stock items ship within 24 hours, with most orders arriving within 3–5 business days. Orders
placed before 1 PM (Pacific) ship same day – processed 7 days a week for parts and 6 days a week
for bikes. Remote areas, Alaska, and Hawaii may take longer.
Bike shipping costs $125 within the US mainland; full details are provided at checkout.
A signature is required for all bike deliveries within the US. If you're not home, the carrier will
attempt delivery up to two more times. Separate parts and apparel orders don't require a
signature.
We calculate the estimated ship date starting with the latest information we have from our suppliers and assembly factory. Given the high degree of uncertainty in the bicycle industry supply chain at the moment, we recognize that our ship dates will not be as precise as we would like – the majority of bikes will in fact ship earlier than our estimate, but in some cases, the promise date could be missed due to unanticipated delays in component delivery. We pro-actively inform pre-order customers via e-mail with any changes to the estimated ship date as we receive new information.
