4. If you do not yet have your Certificate, select "I don't have my Certificate yet". We will reserve the bike for up to 30 days while you await your Certificate.

5. Order confirmed! You will receive your order confirmation

6. If you did not enter your Certificate number at checkout, please complete a contact form with these details when you have it

7. We redeem your Certificate, and ship your new bike to your address (5-12 UK business days from allocation)

8. Payment is deducted from your monthly salary, pre-tax

Cyclescheme is a 'salary sacrifice' scheme; you agree to give up part of your salary in exchange for a YT bike and/or accessories. The sacrificed amount is taken from your gross salary, pre-tax, meaning you pay less Income Tax and National Insurance. Most riders save between 25-39% off the listed price during the initial hire period.
Every adult bike in the YT range is eligible for Cyclescheme – even our electric bikes. Your employer may impose a price cap for your order; reach out to your HR team for further information. This payment method is only eligible at full RRP and will remove any discount during checkout.
No can do, chief. Your voucher must cover the full cost of the selected bicycle and accessories.
To use this service, you must receive a salary through the PAYE system and your employer needs to be signed up to Cyclescheme. Your HR department can tell you whether this is the case. If your employer has not yet joined Cyclescheme, what are they waiting for? You can request an information package online. Cyclescheme is unfortunately unavailable in Northern Ireland.

YT strongly recommends that you insure your bike. If your bike is stolen or damaged, you are still required to repay your employer for the cost of the Cyclescheme.
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve stock while you wait for your voucher. Contact your employer in advance to make sure this process runs as smoothly as possible.
Yes, you can Click & Collect a Cyclescheme order from the YT MILL Surrey Hills. If you would like to take advantage of the Pro Build option this cannot be included as part of the voucher amount; please contact service-uk@yt-industries.com for more information.
You can return your order for a full refund within 14 days, provided that the bike is unused and in its original packaging. To return an item, please contact us via the contact form, or by calling +44(0)1483 319004.
Unfortunately, we cannot process Cyclescheme orders to Northern Ireland at this time.
Although this is possible with Cyclescheme, we cannot yet process multiple bikes on one certificate. Our team are working towards a solution.
No worries! Select "I don't have my Cyclescheme certificate yet", and your order will be reserved for up to 30 days while you apply. Once you receive your certificate, please send the certificate number and redemption code using our Contact Form.
Please ensure your order total does not exceed your certificate value, as you cannot top up the given amount. If your order total is less than the balance of your voucher, you can add accessories to make up the difference. Any difference between the order total and certificate value will be lost.
