Yes. You pay the total cost of the bike including any duties, fees and shipping it to your confirmed address upfront.
Prices on the product page now include all customs duties and import fees, including a fixed import fee of £85.50 and customs duties at 14% of the net cost price of the bike. For E-bikes (e.g., the Decoy), customs duties are reduced to 6%.

Since Brexit, imports to the UK are subject to new customs and handling fees. However, to make things simple, these are all included into the bike price on the product page.
Customs duties = The tax imposed to import the goods to the UK
Advanced Commission = The financial service charge by freight companies
Import fee/ Handling costs = The import declaration and appointment for delivery
