To improve the speed and accuracy of this service, please include your order number and full name within the bank transfer reference.
You can split the payment into two transfers. Please include your full name and order number within the reference for each transfer.
Please transfer the total amount within 14 days of the order being placed. We can then prepare your parcel as soon as possible for shipping. Unfortunately, the order will be automatically canceled if we don't receive the payment within this time. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation via email.
No, this is unfortunately not possible for prepayment.

Please check that you transferred the entire amount using the correct bank details. If yes, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.
If you have selected the payment method “Prepayment” for your order, you can change the payment method after oder completion pay by PayPal or credit card. To do this, simply go to your order overview on our website and click on "Payment methods". 
 
For all other payment methods, it is no longer possible to change the payment method after the order has been completed. Please cancel your order and place a new order.

- 2 banking days for transfers using a transfer form 
- Transfers in a foreign currency can take up to 4 banking days 
- Transfers from non-EU countries and in a foreign currency can take up to 14 banking days. Different banks also have different booking times, which can further extend the transfer time. 

 *A banking day is a worldwide working day on which credit institutions are open to the public and cashless payment transactions are processed. Saturdays and Sundays are generally not bank working days.
