COVID-19 Statement

Hey Fam!

health is paramount at the moment, which is why we have decided to take precautionary measures in order to protect the health of our employees as best we can. This means we have sent most of our colleagues into Home Office and we are limiting the number of employees having to travel to our offices. Due to the measures we are taking to protect our employees, delays will be inevitable.

We are doing everything in our power to keep you on your bikes and we hope that things will return to normal for us all within the next few weeks. Understandably some of you have questions, and so we have prepared a list of FAQs on our website that will be updated as new developments occur.

As you can imagine our Customer Service team has limited resources and therefore also time, so we kindly ask you to check here first if there is already an answer to your question. If not, then please contact our Customer Service via the website and our team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Please also feel free to follow us on FacebookInstagram or LinkedIn as updates will also be announced on these platforms.

Until then, stay safe, wash your hands, and keep on riding.

Markus Flossmann, CEO YT Industries

Rolling Circus – Are events still happening?

As many of you are aware events are being canceled or postponed all over the globe. One of the main reasons for this is to prevent large gatherings and try to limit the risk of the Coronavirus spreading, in hope of reducing the strain on the health care system by ‘flattening the curve’. Measures to support this global aim naturally have an effect on the YT Rolling Circus events being held in Europe, the UK and the USA in 2020.

Therefore, we must sadly announce that all Rolling Circus events scheduled to happen until mid-May have been canceled for now until further notice.

We are in touch with organizers and hosts in order to work out the best possible solution to reschedule those affected events until later in the year. We will inform everybody about new dates when rescheduling has been confirmed.

Order & Delivery

We emphasize that we are doing everything that we can to keep our services to the YT Family going as smoothly as possible. Our website will continue to be accessible and our product portfolio will still be available to all. This means that any orders placed will naturally be dealt with. Be aware that due to the above-mentioned measures delays may occur and we ask for your understanding in this challenging time. Nevertheless, be rest assured that every order will be processed as fast as possible.

A successful delivery of the bike is not entirely in our hands since shipment and postal services are also dealing with the challenges that the Coronavirus presents to them. However, we will do everything possible to ensure a timely delivery and will be in touch should delays occur.

Warranty & Service

Please refrain from dropping off bikes in person at our workshop in both Germany and the US for the time being. It would be ideal if you could send in your bike and if you have any questions please contact our Customer Service.

We emphasize that we are doing everything that we can to keep our services to the YT Family going as smoothly as possible. This also means that we will continue to process warranty cases and to service bikes. Our pro’s in the workshop are working on your bikes to make sure you can hop back on and go for a shred as soon as possible. However, we want to protect their health as well, so please be aware that due to the above-mentioned measures delays may occur and we ask for your understanding in this challenging time.

As of March 19, 2020, the governor of California has officially issued a stay at home edict. However, employees are allowed to return to work under restrictions. This means the servicing of bikes can take place. However, please bear in mind that delays for warranty cases and bike services may occur, despite our best efforts to keep processes streamlined. We will keep you informed about further developments in this very fluid situation on Social Media and also update the FAQs here when changes to the restrictions occur.

If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team. You can also follow further developments in California on:

YT Mill USA and Germany

There is nothing we would rather do right now than go for a shred on our bikes with you and throw back a few beers afterwards. However, we also need to do our part in making sure the general health and therefore the health of our employees and your own health are protected and preserved. Therefore, both the YT Mill in the US and in Germany have been shut temporarily. As soon as we have overcome this challenge that we are all facing, be rest assured that the re-opening party will be legendary!
