Your mission
- Coordination and communication of quality problems from Customer Service and Workshop to various parties involved
- Handling of complex strategic tasks up to smaller projects
- Analysis and documentation of damages and other deviations
- Processing complaints to our suppliers
- Preparing technical documentation and in-process instructions
- Collect and maintain quality data
- Active participation in the creation and improvement of quality processes
- Random control of new components and new bikes at our logistics and production partners for quality monitoring
- Coordination and communication of serial production quality and quality support for 3rd party assembly
What you bring in
You must be able to handle physical parts and mechanical problems, but you also must be able to describe them in abstract terms to communicate them properly. Good communication skills are required as well as a high level of resilience in stressful situations.

- You have got very good written and spoken German and English, additional language skills are a plus
- You bring in a hands-on mentality as well as problem-solving and organizational skills
- You have got experience in the bicycle industry (or similar)
- You have got technical and commercial professional experience
