Financial Controller

Als Mitglied des Finance Teams unterstützt du uns als Financial Controller (W/M/D) bei der zielorientierten Planung, Analyse und Steuerung der Ergebnis- und Liquiditätsrechnung. Mit Erstellung des Management Reportings und des Rolling Forecasts schaffst du die notwendige Transparenz über die Erreichung der gesteckten Finanzziele für interne wie externe Stakeholder.
Du bist Teil unseres Headquarter Teams am Standort Hausen mit direkter Reporting Line zum Head of Controlling.

Your mission

Your tasks
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie deren Analyse
  • Management Konsolidierung aller nationalen und internationalen Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung samt Kommentierung des Management Reporting
  • Mitwirkung bei der operativen Budgetplanung (Bilanz, P&L, Cashflow)
  • Aufbau und Implementierung eines Rolling Forecasts für die Erfolgs- und Cashflow-Rechnung
  • Koordination des Cost Center Reportings inkl. Abweichungsanalysen
  • Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Ad-hoc-Analysen und Szenarienrechnungen

What you'll bring

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting/Controlling
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Konsolidierung und Bilanzierung
  • Umgang mit SAP, LucaNet oder anderen Konsoliderungssystemen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im HGB
  • Hands-On-Mentalität, selbstständiges Arbeiten und guter Teamplayer
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
