1. Check if your employer supports Deutsche Dienstrad. If they do, they'll share a link with you for registration.

2. Add your items to the YT cart and hit the checkout.

3. Select “Deutsche Dienstrad” as your payment method, then enter your email address registered with Deutsche Dienstrad.

4. Your order is confirmed! Let's go – you'll receive your order confirmation via email.

5. If you didn't enter your Deutsche Dienstrad registered email address at checkout, you'll need to complete a contact form with these details once you have them.

6. We'll then redeem your certificate and ship your new bike to your address (5-12 business days from the shipping date).

7. Once you receive your bike, make sure you're stoked and update the Deutsche Dienstrad portal to process the order. If not, this process will happen automatically within seven days.

8. Payments are then deducted from your monthly, pre-tax salary.

Deutsche Dienstrad
Deutsche Dienstrad is a leading bicycle leasing service in Germany. They partner with employers to offer their employees the chance to lease a bike (including e-bikes) as a company benefit. You can use your bike for private or business purposes, and it's fully insured during the leasing term.
Your employer must be registered with the Deutsche Dienstrad scheme to get started – check with your HR team if you're unsure. If your employer has not yet joined Deutsche Dienstrad, it's easy. You can request an info pack to sign up on their website.
Leasing through Deutsche Dienstrad is done through monthly payments, which come directly out of your salary. These payments are taken pre-tax, offering you up to 40% off the standard RRP.
You can include any accessory that can be permanently attached to the company bike in the lease. You cannot include clothing, helmets, or accessories, so you'll have to buy those separately! A lock with a minimum purchase price of >48 € gross must be purchased when leasing a bike, which is added automatically to the shopping cart.

You can lease any full price bike* in the YT range between €749 and €11,900 (including VAT)

No, you would have to ask your employer for an exemption.
Your lease included fully comprehensive insurance for the agreed term. This covers your bike in the event of the following:
• (Burglary) Theft, including of attachments and batteries, as well as robbery 
Damage caused by: 
• (Traffic) Accident 
• Vandalism
• Damage from falls
• Operating errors
• Damage or destruction of batteries, electronic motors, and control devices
No, Bike returns are not possible with Deutsche Dienstrad. The contract exists between your employer and the leasing company, so consumer rights for returns don't apply.
Jobrad, Bikeleasing, Deutsche Dienstrad, Cyclescheme, and Green Commute Initiative can only be used to purchase full RRP products. Yes, you can purchase multiple bikes with your employer's permission.
