Our bikes are shipped exclusively in our specifically developed YT BikeBox (dimensions: 132cm x 82cm x 32 cm, weight 7kg).
Our bikes are 95% assembled but are 100% set up for you. All you have to do is adjust the handlebars and derailleurs, put the wheels and pedals on, set-up your suspension according to your needs, and off you go! It's that easy!

As soon as your bike is assembled and ready for shipping, it will be declared to customs for export inspection. As soon as the inspection is completed, your bike will be handed over to the forwarding company.
Deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries can take up to four weeks.
As soon as your bike clears customs, the forwarding company will reach out to you to arrange for payment of fees and final delivery.
As soon as your shipment has been handed over to the shipping company, you will receive the tracking number by email so that you can track your package accordingly.
In case you need to return a bike or a component to us, please contact Customer Care team to organize the next steps. Please make sure you pack the bike properly to avoid any transport damage. The frame, brake rotors, derailleur and cassette must all be adequately protected.
We ship within the EU, USA, CANADA and UK as well as to Norway and Switzerland. Our bikes are also available in Australia, New Zealand, Israel, China and Taiwan through our YT partners.

We calculate the estimated ship date starting with the latest information we have from our suppliers and assembly factory. Given the high degree of uncertainty in the bicycle industry supply chain at the moment, we recognize that our ship dates will not be as precise as we would like – the majority of bikes will in fact ship earlier than our estimate, but in some cases, the promise date could be missed due to unanticipated delays in component delivery. We pro-actively inform pre-order customers via e-mail with any changes to the estimated ship date as we receive new information.
Bikes are shipped with DB Schenker, small parts with DHL.
Once you received your bike, you have to mount the handlebars, wheels, rear derailleur and pedals. Then your bike will be ready to ride, as everything has already been pre-assembled in our factory. You only need to adjust the saddle height to your leg length and the suspension to your weight and personal preference. For setup recommendations, please use our Suspension Setup Guide.

An optional YT toolbox can be supplied with all our bikes so that you have all the tools you need to assemble the bike (Allen key, torque wrench, shock pump, anti-slip paste).
Bikes no longer ship with plastic pedals, except for the DECOY. These pedals are not designed for challenging trails or racing.
We can postpone the dispatch of your order for x business days, but please let us know as close to ordering as possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, our shipping partner can postpone delivery for up to 4 days.
