I'm from Saalbach-Hinterglemm – the El Dorado of Austria for freeriding! It was here in 2006, at the age of 13 years, that I made my first attempt at downhill biking, which ended with me having to go to hospital with a broken collarbone. This didn't stop me from pursuing the sport though! The following year, it was time for my first race. Since then, I have gotten to know some amazing, funny people from the biking scene. Unfortunately, very few girls are involved in the sport and so I'm always trying to get others to try it.
As soon as the first snows of winter arrive, I get my snowboard out from the basement or put on the mud tyres on my bike so that I can ride downhill – provided I can get hold of some nice ski lift operators that is;).
As well as mountain-biking, for the past two years I've also been trying park snowboarding. Although my progress is a little slower here, it's still great fun.
Since 2008, I've been in the YT Industries team, to whom I'm very grateful for their fantastic support.

My Riding Style
I always try to be casual on my bike. My favourite courses are flowing ones with good steep turns and a few small jumps. On the Tues bike, I usually ride in bike parks or trails.
What motivates me
Best of all is a fast rider in front of me who I try to keep up with and a fast rider behind me almost glued to my back tyre. That makes me try to keep pace. And what better way to motivate a girl than to say "You ride like a man" ;)
