1. Contract Conclusion
Contracting party for all orders is the Sponsoree Deutschland GmbH with managing directors Markus Flossmann and Jacob Fatih, Deipenbecktal 144, 45289 Essen, Germany.
The purchase contract takes effect upon fulfillment by Sponsoree Deutschland GmbH, i.e. it only becomes legally effective when goods are delivered in accordance with the delivery note. In the case of Internet orders we will inform you of the receipt of your order and on contractual details in writing (by hardcopy).
2. Revocation Policy
Right of Revocation
All our customers are granted the right to revoke the contract within 30 days without giving reasons by returning the goods or by written declaration (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). The period of revocation begins at the earliest at the contract’s effective date and the purchaser’s receipt of these terms of revocation.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation either party shall be obliged to return any performance received. If you are unable, in whole or in part, to return the goods received, or only able to return them in deteriorated condition, you shall be obliged to provide compensation for the loss in value. This shall not apply if the deteriorated condition of the goods is attributable to testing as it might have been performed at a retail shop. You can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for the loss in value by not taking the goods into use as if they were your own and by refraining from any action which would impair their value.
For delivered goods with an order value not exceeding € 40.00, or if you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually determined part payment at the time of revocation, the costs of the return consignment shall be borne by you, unless the delivered goods were not the goods that were ordered. Goods not suitable for parcel shipment shall be collected from your address.
Goods that are suitable for parcel shipment shall be shipped at our risk. The costs of the return consignment shall be borne by you, unless the delivered goods were not the goods that you ordered.
Any cost that may occur when returning goods or refusing a C.O.D. shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Obligations for reimbursement of payment must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins with the receipt of the declaration of revocation or the receipt of the returned goods.
3. Reservation of ownership
The goods shall remain the property of Sponsoree Deutschland GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
4. Shipment/ Payment
In the event of advance payment the purchaser will receive an invoice from us, which he must pay by bank transfer stating his customer number and order number. The goods will be shipped to the purchaser upon receipt of payment. In the event of C.O.D. (cash on delivery) payment the purchaser must pay when the goods are delivered by our logistics partner.
5. Prices/ Shipping fees
Prices quoted in our online shop include the statutory value added tax and may be adjusted due to changes in currency exchange rates. Customers can find the current shipping fees in our service area under “terms of shipment”. Any cost that may occur when returning goods or refusing a C.O.D. shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods were not the goods that were ordered.
6. Reservation of unavailability
Our delivery obligation shall not apply in cases where we ourselves do not receive proper or punctual delivery and we are not responsible for the unavailability. We shall inform you immediately if the goods are unavailable.

8. Defects liability
Please check the delivered goods immediately for obvious defects in material or manufacture or transport damage. You are legally obliged to inform us of any defects or faults of the goods so that we can take remedial action.
9. Data privacy
All personal data are treated confidentially as a matter of principle. Data, which are required for transacting business shall be stored and passed on to partner companies where this is necessary for order processing.
