In a bad crash or during heavy impact, strong forces can affect and damage the frame. This may lead to impairment of function and loss of stability. Frames, which have been damaged to such an extent mustn’t be used as this may result in severe injuries!

The following offer is valid for two years after the date of purchase. You receive the same or a comparable frame (without rear shock) at a special SAI frame price.

In case of need contact us by phone or email to make use of our SAI service. To review the incident we need the damaged frame, the invoice as well as details of how the accident occurred.

The SAI service is limited to initial ownership and damage that adversely affects the function. We reserve the right to defer this service if we detect that the damage is a result of vandalism.
