The shipping charges within Germany are 19.90 EUR, shipping costs to countries in the European Union are 49.90 EUR. All YT bikes are exclusively delivered in our special "YT BikeBox". Packing costs 9.90 EUR, which is added to the shipping charges.
The shipping charges within Germany are 6.90 EUR, shipping costs to countries in the European Union are 9.90 EUR. If you order your accessories with a bike you will only be charged for the shipment of the bike.
Cash on delivery shipments are only possible within Germany. C.O.D. charges are 4.40 EUR plus 2.00 EUR transmission fee charged by the German Post AG/ DHL.
Currently we do not deliver our products to Non-European Union countries. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Yes! For Shipments to Switzerland we do not charge the German VAT. You have to pay the Swiss sales tax amounting to 7.6% as well as the customs duty directly to the postman. Additionally a bank transfer fee of 4,50 € will be charged to you.
For return consignment we recommend to keep the original packaging and use that for the return shipment. Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs for return consignment, unless the delivered goods were not the goods that you ordered. We do not accept freight forward shipments.
