Which terms of payment do you offer?

Cash on delivery (not outside Germany):
The fastest and easiest way is the cash payment on delivery. You pay the amount invoiced directly to the DHL courier once he is delivering your bike. The advantage is that the product is shipped without delay. DHL claims a C.O.D. charge of 2.00 Euros irrespective of the amount invoiced.

Prepayment:
When you select this term of payment we only ship your ordered article once we’ve received your payment. Please don’t forget to state your order number when making your transfer. In order to guarantee a fast shipment you need to make your payment a few days prior to the anticipated delivery date.

How do I receive my invoice?

You receive a PDF-invoice by email after we have processed your order.
The original invoice will be attached to the shipment.
