How can I order my YT bike?

Website / online shop:
Simply move the item you wish to order into the shopping cart and proceed with placing your order.

By phone:
We take orders Monday through Friday from 9am to 17pm.

What happens after I place my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, which will also list the estimated delivery date.

C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders will be shipped a.s.a.p. by DHL. For bulky goods like bikes the delivery time is usually 2-5 days.

Prepayment orders are only shipped once we’ve received your payment. Please don’t forget to state your order number when making your transfer. In order to guarantee a fast shipment you need to make your payment a few days prior to the anticipated delivery date. Once we have received your payment, your bike will be shipped immediately upon retrieval.

How do I find out about delivery times and availability of YT bikes?

Through the delivery time indicator in our online shop or by phoning +49 (0)9191 - 736 305 0 or sending an email to info@yt-industries.com.

Will I be informed once my order has been shipped?

Once your order is being shipped you automatically receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Under www.dhl.de you can check the status of your shipment.
